Help with engineer visits at my property

If an Openreach engineer visit is needed at a rental property, landlords are not usually required to book the appointment directly. In most cases, the tenant’s service provider will arrange and manage the visit with Openreach, including access and appointment details.

Landlords may still need to be involved in some situations, such as providing permission for access or works to the property.
