How is Openreach different from my broadband provider?

We build and maintain the cables, poles, and fibre that connect homes and businesses.

When you choose or switch your broadband provider, they may use our broadband network to deliver your service. Your provider handles your package, speed, and customer support, but it’s our technology powering the connection behind the scenes.
Will I need an engineer to install Full Fibre?

In most cases yes, a visit is required to bring the fibre cable directly into your home or business. Your provider will confirm what’s needed when you order and we have a helpful Full Fibre installation guide so you know what to expect on the day.
