I missed my Openreach appointment

I missed my Openreach appointment

What should you do if you missed your Openreach appointment?

We know things don’t always go to plan. If you couldn’t be at home for your scheduled engineer visit, don’t worry – we want to help you get things back on track quickly and easily.

A missed appointment might be due to:

  1. You weren’t at the property when the engineer arrived
  2. Access to the property was restricted or unavailable
  3. The appointment date or time was no longer suitable
  4. A misunderstanding about the appointment details

What happens next?

In most cases, you’ll hear from Openreach via SMS or email to help you reschedule at a time that works for you.

Otherwise, your Service Provider may go ahead and arrange a new appointment with Openreach on your behalf.
