Our team are on hand to answer any questions you might have about moving or altering our equipment. We’ll spend time understanding your needs so we can find the solution that’s right for you.
Some of the work we do is complex and needs time to plan. For that reason, it’s important you let us know as far in advance as you can, so we can be sure we’re ready when you need us.
If you want us to remove or relocate our equipment, or even add to it, we’ll probably need to ask you for the following:
When you put in your order, if we can, we’ll agree an appointment for the work to be done. We’ll pass all of the information that we have gathered to our specialist planning team who’ll refine the plans and organise for the work to go ahead.
If the work is more complex it’s likely a surveyor will visit the location to survey the equipment and agree a solution. Once that’s done we’ll arrange an appointment for the Openreach team to do the work and we’ll keep you updated throughout the order process.
