Our accreditations

We stick to the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing across the whole of our business. As part of that, we’ve earned these accreditations.

Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS)

We're accredited by this scheme, which is supported by the Health and Safety Executive. Most local authorities, housing associations, health trusts, fire services and similar public bodies look for contractors who have this.

Achilles UVDB

We’ve achieved category B2 from Achilles. That means they’ve audited our processes and procedures to check our health and safety management system is up to scratch. They’ve done this both in our offices and on sites.

This is a health and safety accreditation scheme that shows we meet the SafeContractor Charter Standard. This means we also meet the Construction (Design and Management) regulations (CDM) stage 1 competence assessment core criteria.

  • If you want more information about how we do things (like installing cabling, or working at height), please contact your phone or broadband provider. They’ll be able to check.

  • If you see a safety issue in an area where our engineers will be working, please contact your phone or broadband provider. They’ll then let us know. Or if you think our network’s been damaged or is a risk to public health and safety, tell us as soon as you can on 0800 023 2023 (option 1).
