When will I be able to order Full Fibre?

We’re working hard to bring Full Fibre broadband to as many homes and businesses as possible. If it’s not available where you live yet, there’s a simple way to check when it might be coming.

Use our Fibre checker to see what broadband services are available at your address and find out if Full Fibre is on the way. 

How to check availability 

  • Use the Fibre checker below 
  • Enter your postcode and landline number (if you have one)
  • You’ll see which services are available now and if Full Fibre is planned for your area 

What if Full Fibre isn’t available yet? 

If Full Fibre isn’t ready in your area, the checker will show you the broadband options you can get today. Your provider can talk you through the best package available. 

Full Fibre is being built across the UK every week, but rollout timing depends on things like existing network infrastructure, planning permissions, and local demand. Some areas may take longer than others. 

If it’s not available right now: 

Register your interest using our Fibre checker. After searching your address, just click the ‘Keep Me Updated’ button and we’ll let you know when Full Fibre becomes available near you. 

Ask your provider to notify you when Full Fibre is ready.

You’ll find their details on your bill or in your account confirmation emails. 

What happens once it’s available? 

When Full Fibre is available, you’ll need to order it through your broadband provider. They’ll confirm the package options and arrange an installation appointment with one of our engineers.

What should I do now?

Contact your service provider. They manage your order or repair and can: 

  • Check the status of your appointment and find out what happens next 
  • Rebook if necessary 
  • Confirm your contact details are correct so you receive updates – check your messages and junk folders in case you've missed anything
