Openreach is bringing Full Fibre broadband to thousands of homes and businesses in St Andrews, Cardenden and Kinghorn, offering future-proof gigabit speeds and the UK’s most reliable broadband technology.
The first 2,000 properties across the three towns are now part of a wider rollout across Fife, where more than 100,000 homes and businesses already have access to Openreach’s network.
Despite half the Kingdom now being eligible, many properties have yet to upgrade and start enjoying the benefits of Full Fibre.
Residents can check their address and register for updates as new areas go live.

Openreach Partnership Director Robert Thorburn said:
“We’re working hard to bring Full Fibre to more communities across Fife with as little disruption as possible. You’ll see more engineers and vans in the area, but we’re using existing ducts and poles wherever we can.”
Some locations may require new infrastructure like poles or underground cabling to ensure no home or business is left behind.
