Can’t get our Ultrafast Full Fibre broadband yet?

Is our Ultrafast Full Fibre broadband not available in your area yet?

Don't worry, we plan to build Full Fibre to 25 million homes and businesses by 2026 and we intend to keep building after that. Be sure to sign up using our fibre checker so you can be the first to know when we're headed your way. But if you're too excited to wait and want to start enjoying the benefits of Full Fibre soon, you can team up with us through a Fibre Community Partnership or Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) on Demand.

What is a Fibre Community Partnership?

A Fibre Community Partnership is how we offer Ultrafast Full Fibre broadband to areas which aren't part of our current rollout plans. We work with the local community to arrange a customised installation plan - whether it's installing new fibre for the first time, or upgrading existing connections.

What is FTTP on Demand?

FTTP on Demand provides you with access to Ultrafast Full Fibre broadband in areas where it isn't yet available for ordering.

To see if you can get FTTP on Demand, please talk to a service provider from the list below. We will then work with them to install Ultrafast Full Fibre broadband at your location. Also, you may qualify for a government voucher to assist with the build costs, which your service provider can discuss with you.
