Getting on board with WLR3
WLR3 analogue and ISDN30 are exclusively available to Openreach customers over the Equivalence Management Platform (EMP). As its name implies, the EMP provides every customer with equal access to Openreach systems and products.
In order to connect to the EMP and take advantage of the business winning and customer satisfaction enhancing potential of products, you’ll need an interface that’s compatible with our B2B gateway; your options being:

Direct (build and manage your own solution)

Off the shelf (purchase an off the shelf solution and manage it yourself)

Use a bureau service (an organisation already connected to the EMP that can provide a turnkey solution)
