Introduction
The Sub-Loop Unbundling products have been developed to meet Openreach’s obligations under the EU Regulation of 5 December 2000 on unbundled access to the local loop. Sub-loop unbundling (SLU) provides an Operator with access to a partial local loop, connecting the network termination point at the end of a customer’s premises to a concentration point or a specified intermediate access point in the local network.
