Overview

The LLU Product and Commercial Group (PCG) meetings are held monthly. The minutes, agendas and presentation slides from April 2008 are published below. The Service Management Forum is a joint LLU and WLR meeting, which is held monthly. The minutes, agendas and presentation slides from April 2008 are published via the link below. Note: Openreach is providing these minutes for the purposes of facilitation and industry. Openreach is keen to encourage a collaborative approach which enables all Communications Providers, including those not present at the meetings, to understand the key issues and priorities set by Openreach's customers and themselves. Openreach will only publish minutes for the Product Commercial and Service Meetings where representatives from Openreach are in attendance, however these minutes are not produced by Openreach and do not represent the views of Openreach in all instances.

LLU & WLR Service Management Forum

The purpose of the Openreach LLU and WLR Service Management Forum is to be the acknowledged industry body responsible for all Openreach Product service management matters, processes, strategy and policy.

It works to optimise operational performance for the Openreach products to the benefit of end users, Customers and Openreach. It is a future looking body that seeks to understand the current and future service demands of the industry and drive service improvement programmes to meet those demands.

The meeting is held monthly and is chaired by Alex Taylor, Director Customer Service, Openreach.
