Openreach welcomes suggestions on how we may develop our products and services to help ensure that we continue to meet the needs of our customers.

The information provided below is intended to keep our customers up to date with the latest Ethernet product development requests, received via the Openreach Statement of Requirements (SoR) process.

Connectivity Services User Stories

As requested by CPs via the Connectivity Services Process Group, Openreach has published a number of User Stories relating to requirements being delivered as part of R1200 and R1300.

User Stories are written for each development to summarise customers’ requirements as part of the Concept To Market (C2M) process that Openreach uses. A number of these are now available in the ZIP file below.

Openreach plans to publish further user-stories based on other recently submitted SORs. For a full view of all developments, please refer to the latest Openreach Products Roadmap.
