Openreach's portfolio of Connectivity Services products forms an important part of our customers' business by providing the vital links in their network infrastructure. The Connectivity Services Customer Forum takes place to ensure that our customers have the opportunity to hear the latest news about the Connectivity Services product portfolio, can share their views on proposed developments with Openreach and are involved in setting the direction of these key products.
Overview
The Connectivity Services Customer Forum is held regularly (currently monthly) at a central London venue and is hosted by senior members of the Connectivity Services Product teams. The forum is open to a small number of representatives from all organisations, who are customers of Openreach’s Connectivity Services products.
