Order and Fault Tracker tools provide Communications Providers with the ability to view information about their orders and faults without the need to call the Openreach Service Management Centre (SMC).
Order and Fault Tracker
The Tracker tools are available to all Communication Providers. They provide a means for the CP to track their orders and faults, plus view engineering or job notes.
The documents below provide guidance, gaining access and useful information for the Openreach Order and Fault Trackers, as well as the Terms and Conditions associated with their use.
Note: Access to the Openreach portal is required before Tracker tools can be used.
