Novations and Name Changes
Openreach is committed to working with communications providers to facilitate business change scenarios such as mergers and acquisitions, sale or corporate re-branding. The novations and name changes services have been designed to that intent. Novations are available for LLU, WLR2 and several Ethernet product contracts. Name changes are available only for WLR2. Other products and contracts are planned to be made available for Novations and Name changes in the future.

Novations
The Novations Customer Guide details the scope and conditions associated with the novation service and should be consulted first. Communication Providers wishing to request a novation should complete the Novation Requirements Form and send it to their Openreach Commercial Business Manager. Name and Address Changes
The Name and Address Change Customer Guide details the scope and conditions associated with the service and should be consulted first.
