Most pages on the Openreach Portal follow a standard layout. This CBT takes you on a tour of the common user interface components and regions that you'll become familiar with as you use the Portal.
A quick tour of the interfaceThe new Products Catalogue contains a wealth of information and a comprehensive set of documentation for every product. This information is structured in a consistent way, regardless of product. But not everyone needs to see all of this information all of the time - for example, if you're in a technical role then you probably don't need to see the business documents (and vice-versa). So the new Products Catalogue allows you to easily switch between a Business View, a Process view, and a Technical View. Browsing the new Products Catalogue is easy using the powerful Left-hand Navigation pane. This CBT shows you how.
